I love all of Stephanie’s Dirty Lazy Keto Books。 This 5 Ingredient Cookbook was no exception。 The recipes were easy to follow and taste great。 This Keto way of living is easy to follow with recipes like these because you don’t feel like you are missing out on anything。。。。。Stephanie’s recipes taste just as good as the traditional foods but without all the carbs。 Definitely a must have book for anyone even if you aren’t watching your carbs。 It’s good healthy eating packed with flavor!!!!

After reading Stephanie's Getting Started Losing Weight While Breaking All the Rules, I ordered everything I could find that she published。 After joining her FB group, watching her YT videos and podcasts, I was able to get a copy of her 5 ingredient cookbook before it's publication date。 Can I just say WOW?! There are so many user friendly and easy recipes! Using 5 main ingredients and using a handful of pantry staples, the delightful and tasty foods you can make are remarkable! There was so much keto-y (sure, that's a word) goodness in this book I don't even know where to start! Every picture was drool-worthy! If I * absolutely * had to narrow it down though, I suppose the ones I'm most exited to try first are the "Punk Peanut Butter Chaffle", "Pickle-Tickled Ranch Dressing", "Sick Day Saltines" (I've never seen a keto saltine recipe and I have been doing keto for ages!), and the "Canoodling Crab Rangoons"。 Are you hungry just reading those recipe names?? So far 40 lbs down and many inches! I’m one of those that due to a stomach virus it hurt to eat for two weeks so I subsisted on average of six saltine crackers and part of a 20 oz sprite and didn’t loose any weight during that time。 Still went to work and did everything but was so disappointed that I couldn’t even loose when I couldn’t eat。I have shared the recipes with my children and didn’t tell them they were keto, just a good recipe and they loved them! One thing I miss is Sushi but the Gold Star Sushi scratches that itch and no more cravings for Sushi!I was missing my hamburgers but with the Big Mama Chaffles Burgers, I miss nothing anymore! All the recipes are excellent and now have so many great recipes for the zucchini I have growing in the garden。 I am trying to grow what I eat and eat just what I grow because I know my veggies are safe and healthy and really fresh! If you have picky eaters, this book will give you great recipes and all you have to do is make them but don’t tell whomever is joining you, if anyone is ( you can save all the deliciousness for yourself!) that it’s Keto and they will never know。 One of my all time favorites though is the Orange Crush Chicken! Talk about a flavor explosion in your mouth to get you to your happy place then you will be talking about this! AWESOME!I have yet to try the adult beverage section as I have never been a vodka fan, that would be my daughter, but I must say they are intriguing and plan on trying them。 。。。more

The breakdown of cooking terms, measurements, alternative ingredient options and images index makes the task of cooking (one that I find overwhelming) seem achievable and fun。 As someone who is very lazy when it comes to cooking (if it's pre-chopped, pre-rinsed, pre-anything。。。I'm sold), I found these quick meals, desserts AND cocktails ha Wow!!! This book is amazing! It covers every meal, desserts, sauces, breakfast, lunch, dinner, appetizers, all of it! It also explains the basics of a keto kitchen; all the tools and pantry staples。 I’m a teacher and a mom of five。 This book is saving me big time! This book was given to me so that I could read it and give an honest review。 I truly love this cookbook。 This is how I wish I had learned to diet in the past。 Keto was expensive, restrictive, and too hard to follow。 When you look at it from this author's book, it is simple, inexpensive, and all of the ingredients are things you either already have or are able to find at your local grocery store。 No more restrictions as to organic, grass-fed, or any of the other restrictions that make doing the d This book was given to me so that I could read it and give an honest review。 I truly love this cookbook。 This is how I wish I had learned to diet in the past。 Keto was expensive, restrictive, and too hard to follow。 When you look at it from this author's book, it is simple, inexpensive, and all of the ingredients are things you either already have or are able to find at your local grocery store。 No more restrictions as to organic, grass-fed, or any of the other restrictions that make doing the diet impossible for folks with a limited income。 I must admit, I own 3 other books by this author and I am enjoying losing weight once again。 I will never do the "old way" of keto again。 。。。more

Overall, this cookbook is pretty good。 The recipes are all very simple and include nutritional facts。 There are not as many pictures as I would like, maybe pictures for 1/3 of the recipes? Also, many of the recipes use pretty processed and unhealthy ingredients。 However, if your focus is just low carb and quick, this nails it。 The recipes all sound pretty yummy, with easy to find ingredients and simple instructions。 There are a broad range of recipes as well。 I'm excited to try some of them out!
